Our cottage cheese is made in small batches which results in a delicious food that is great for salads, with fruit, and in all of your favorite family recipes.

How Is Our Cottage Cheese Made?
We make our cottage cheese in small batches with rBST- and antibiotic-free milk. We introduce non-animal rennet, a natural enzyme, to fresh milk from our local family farms to begin the process. After the milk separates into curds and whey, we drain the curds to separate them from the whey. We then add back in a small amount of whey for texture and flavor.
