We work with three prize-winning artisan cheese-makers to create our cheeses, and every slice is crafted with care using fresh, clean milk from a select group of Clover’s small family farms along the Northern California coast – always from cows not treated with the growth hormone rBST or antibiotics. Clover is the first dairy in the nation to earn American Humane Association certification for the care we give our cows.
