Data Management Analyst

About the Role

Clover Sonoma is seeking a talented and dedicated Data Management Analyst that will support the company’s ERP system and other applications at all levels throughout the organization. The position will be thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of the Infor M3 ERP system software and related system interfaces.

Work with subject matter experts to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and troubleshoot new and existing functionality. Collaborate with cross functional teams to create a process for managing master data as well as verify appropriate field selections and maintain the master data elements. This position will report to the Director of I.T.

This role is NOT fully remote and requires 2 office days a week at our Petaluma office in Sonoma County CA.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly understand Clover’s ERP database schema and related applications databases
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to establish processes, procedures and defined roles and responsibilities for master data management
  • Ensure data integrity in all systems and maintains the processes to support quality of data
  • Identifying areas for data quality improvements and resolving data quality problems through error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
  • Create and document process for new master data setup and change management
  • Create Test plan and organize and manage testing of new processes in the Test environment
  • Assist with testing new releases/fixes of ERP and related systems prior to use in Production environment
  • Assist users with organizing, creating and validating test cases
  • Assist in training new users on ERP related procedures
  • Work closely with 3rd party contractors to create and test interfaces
  • Analyze and troubleshoot ERP and related system issues reported by end users
  • Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes
  • Manage user access to the ERP and other systems
  • Learn to create and update basic EDI maps and monitor EDI systems
  • Develop reports supporting functions and the business
  • Other I.T. related responsibilities

What You Bring to the Team

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, effective oral and written communications, strong problem solving and analytical skills and overall dependability are essential
  • The willingness and ability to learn will be critical to the success of this position
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills required including familiarity with Microsoft Windows environments and Office applications
  • Experience with Google Workspace preferred
  • Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions
  • Must be able to reason independently and work with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to interpret data and make sound judgments based on those interpretations
  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to help identify data elements needed for reporting
  • Must deal effectively with a wide variety of personalities and situations requiring tact, judgment, and poise
  • Must be able to adapt to quickly changing priorities and schedules.
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with all co-workers and consultants and use good judgment in recognizing scope and authority.
  • Familiar with MS SQL Server
  • Familiar with SQL Server Analysis Services

Education and Experience

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field plus.
  • Have experience with at least one ERP implementation
  • 5+ years’ experience in ERP support
  • Experience with Infor M3 ERP system preferred
  • Experience with EDI mapping preferred
