Grilled Citrus-Basil Pork Chops with Lemon, Garlic & Clover Butter

Fire up the BBQ! These succulent, juicy pork chops are definitely a cut above the rest. We started with local pastured-raised pork from fourth generation family owned Stemple Creek Ranch in Tomales, California. Then we marinated them in our rich, flavorful Garlic & Clover Butter ย mixed with fresh summer basil. A little salt & pepper as they hit the grill is all you need for a mouthwatering meal you’ll make again and again.

Ingredients

  • (4) boneless Stemple Creek Ranch pastured pork loin chops
  • (1) stick unsalted Clover Butter
  • 1 tbsp cup fresh basil leaves, minced
  • 1 medium lemon zest and juice
  • 1 tbsp Dill
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Sea salt & fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions

1

Follow recipe to make fresh lemon herb, garlic butter (5 mins)

2

Blend melted butter and minced basil leaves in a shallow dish. Add pork chops and coat with butter mixture. Allow to rest and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes or up to 2 hours.

3

Heat grill to 400F. Season chops with salt and pepper, and grill over direct heat for about 4 minutes per side, brushing with more butter mixture.

4

Let rest for (5) minutes before serving. Pairs beautifully with corn, grilled veggies, or a big green salad!
