Ingredients

  • 4 cups Clover Sonoma Whole Milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 9 oz white chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons beet powder (or 2 tablespoons beet juice)
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

Directions

1

Combine the milk, honey, and salt in a saucepan over low heat. Bring to a simmer, whisking constantly to prevent scorching.

2

Remove from heat, add the white chocolate chips and beet powder, and let sit for 20–30 seconds to soften the chips.

3

Whisk until smooth and creamy.

4

Add the vanilla and nutmeg, then whisk to mix well.

5

Divide evenly among 6 mugs, garnish with a marshmallow and homemade whipped cream, and serve immediately.
