About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking technology executive who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You’ll lead a talented IT team and partner across the enterprise to design and execute a three- to five-year IT strategy roadmap that unlocks operational excellence, scalability, and innovation.
As our Sr. Director, Information Technology, you will be the architect and driver of transformation — leading enterprise systems modernization, cloud and AI enablement, data intelligence, and operational innovation across our manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate environments. You’ll shape how technology powers every part of our business — from plant-floor automation and predictive workforce planning to real-time business intelligence and digital collaboration. This is an opportunity to build a next-generation IT ecosystem that sets the standard for efficiency, visibility, and growth in the food and beverage industry. Your impact will be immediate and long-term — enabling the business to make smarter decisions, work faster, and operate more securely.
As a Certified B Corporation®, Clover Sonoma is a purpose-driven company leading the way in sustainable business. Here, your work supports not only production uptime, but also our broader commitment to people, animals, and the planet.
