Life on the Farm
The Ielmorinis’ farm is home to Jersey cows enjoying beautiful green pastures and fresh air. Their children learned the value of working together as a family as they raised and cared for the animals on the farm.
Doug & Cathy Ielmorini Dairy
With deep roots in dairy dating back to their Northern Italy ancestors, the Ielmorinis built their farm from the ground up. To this day, they milk all Jerseys (known for producing creamy milk with high butterfat content) on their land in Marin County. Doug and Cathy began dairying together when they got engaged in 1992. Their four children grew up working on the farm learning a work ethic and values they continue to operate with today.

Doug genuinely loves the work that he does. He is here on the ranch 24/7 – rarely taking a day off. His devotion to the animals, ranch, and this way of life is rare and awe-inspiring.
