Gerald Spaletta Dairy
Keeping with family tradition, Gerald and his wife Kristy started Gerald Spaletta Dairy and have been part of the Clover Sonoma family since 2011. Today, the fifth generation is keeping the Spaletta family legacy alive. As a family, each individual plays a crucial role in the business. Being the closest dairy to the bottling plant, the milk travels just a few minutes to reach the local community.
