Jim Riebli & Daughters Dairy utilizes many regenerative practices including no-till farming and rotational grazing. A Clover dairy since 1999, Jim Riebli is third generation, working the same farm that his grandfather started in 1942, with the intent of handing it off to the next generation – his daughters.

Rotational Grazing
During the grazing season, Jim Riebli & Daughters Dairy rotationally graze their cows across 21 different pastures. The cows are rotated to a new pasture every 12 hours where they can enjoy a variety of nutrient-rich grasses. Rotational grazing gives pastures the proper time to rest which is necessary for optimal regrowth.
What do you like about working with animals?
We treat the cows like they are part of our family. We take care of them, because they take care of us.
