Ingredients

Mocktail:

  • 2 cups of Clover Sonoma Organic Eggnog
  • Dash of vanilla bean powder, cinnamon and cardamom
  • Crushed ice

Homemade date caramel sauce:

  • 1 cup of dates
  • 2-4 tbsp of organic butter
  • 1/2 cup of canned coconut milk
  • pinch of sea salt

Toppings:

  • Whipped cream
  • 2- 4 cinnamon sticks
  • Caramel sauce

Directions

Make the date caramel by blending the dates, and mixing with the butter and milk.

Pour the eggnog into glasses, top with whipped cream cinnamon sticks, & date caramel sauce.
