Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Clover Sonoma Organic Lactose Free Flavored Milk
  • 5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3-4 teaspoons sugar or maple syrup

Directions

1

In a small bowl combine the milk with the chia seeds and sweetener of choice.

2

Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes then stir and sit for another 5 minutes.

3

Stir once more then cover and place in the refrigerator for the chia seeds to set, this should take at least 2 hours but overnight is best.

4

Serve with your favorite fruits or toasted coconut.
