Greek Yogurt Green Goddess Dressing

This Green Goddess dressing is refreshing, bright, and packed with flavorful fresh herbs. Our Pasture Raised Organic Greek Yogurt is the perfect base, adding a boost of protein!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pasture Raised Organic Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup parsley leaves
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 4 tbsp chives, minced
  • 2 tbsp tarragon, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp champagne vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 anchovy fillets (optional)

Directions

Combine fresh herbs, spinach, garlic, lemon, anchovies, and vinegar in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add Greek Yogurt and blend until smooth.
