Herby Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 Clover Sonoma eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Directions

Place eggs in a pot and fill with water until they're just covered.

Bring to a rolling boil. Once boiling, turn off stove, cover pot, and let sit for 10 minutes.

Remove the eggs from the water and place them into a bowl filled with cool water and ice. This will help hem set.

Peel ands and slice them in half, separating the whites from the yolks.

Add the mustard, scallions, and seasoning to the yolk and mix until fully combined.

Fill egg whites with yolk mixture and top with fresh dill and everything bagel seasoning.
