Mountain View Jerseys, owned and operated by the Bianchi Family, is a fifth-generation farm established in 1918, dedicated solely to milking Jersey cows which are known for producing creamy milk with high butterfat content. Fun fact! Alfred Hitchcock filmed parts of his 1963 movie “The Birds” here.

Five Generations of Family Farming

The Bianchi family originally bought this dairy in 1918 and have milked Jersey cows here ever since. Mountain View Jerseys was handed down across five different generations: great great grandfather, great grandfather, grandfather, father, and now son. Through all of these generations, they have continued to love Jersey cows and farming the land.
