Chai Spice Cookies
A festive take on a classic! This eggnog tiramisu is layered with an eggnog mascarpone and coffee-soaked lady fingers – delicious and ready for any holiday gathering!

Whip heavy cream to medium peaks, set aside.

In a separate bowl, beat mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon until smooth.

Slowly mix in the Clover Sonoma Eggnog until creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy.

Pour cooled coffee into a shallow dish or bowl. Stir in rum or bourbon, if using. Quickly dip each ladyfinger for ½–1 second per side.

Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of an 8x8 dish. Spread half of the eggnog mascarpone cream over the top.

Add a second layer of dipped ladyfingers.

Finish with the remaining cream, smoothing the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Dust with cocoa powder or cinnamon before serving.
