Gluten-Free French Toast with Apple Cinnamon Compote
Snack time just got a serious upgrade. These sharp cheddar rosemary crackers are made with simple ingredients, including our new Sharp Cheddar Cheese!

Grate 8 ounces of Sharp Cheddar Cheese.

Add cheese and 1 cup of flour to food processor or blender. Pulse until crumbly dough begins to form.

Add salt and chopped rosemary sprigs and pulse again.

Add milk and pulse for a final time until fully incorporated.

Roll out to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Using pastry wheel or pizza cutter, slice into crackers, about 1 square inch in size.

Poke a small hole in the center of each cracker using a toothpick or skewer.

Place crackers on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for around 18 minutes at 325.
