Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x9 baking dish.

In a large bowl combine maple syrup, whole milk and vanilla extract.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, butter, sour cream, vanilla, and lemon extract.

Add oats, shaved coconut, baking powder and salt. Mix until combined, then stir in half of the berries.

Pour mixture into the prepared pan and smooth top. Sprinkle the remaining half of the berries on top. Sprinkle the top with sliced almonds and shaved coconut,
