Earl Grey Pie
Bring the holiday cheer with these sweet and spiced snickerdoodles. These cookies have an indulgent white chocolate eggnog filling made with Clover Sonoma’s Eggnog!
Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough:
Rolling Sugar:
Eggnog Filling:

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Combine, flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar in a bowl.

Using mixer, cream together butter and sugar. Once combined, add egg and vanilla.

Slowly incorporate flour mixture until dough forms.

Roll into 1 tbsp balls and coat in rolling sugar.

Press thumb into center of cookie.

Bake for 7 minutes.

Melt white chocolate and eggnog over double boiler until smooth.

Once cookies have cooled, add 1/2 tsp of eggnog filling in center thumbprint.
