Clover & Blue Bottle Present New Coffee Drink

Moooooove over Starbucks! There’s a brand new beverage on the market that’s all the rage with coffee lovers. Blue Bottle New Orleans Iced Coffee had everyone buzzing with excitement when it was unveiled in early March at the 2014 Natural Products Expo West trade show in Los Angeles.

The product launch brings together two iconic Northern California brands: Blue Bottle Coffee, one of the Bay Area’s most sought after coffee purveyors whose devout following lines up outside its retail cafes, and Clover Organic Farms, whose organic milk from family farms in Marin and Sonoma County beat out all competitor dairy brands in a blind taste test to secure the partnership. “We’ve partnered with folks who are as passionate about coffee as we are about milk,” says Marcus Benedetti, President and CEO of Clover Organic Farms.

The new beverage combines the supreme quality of organic cold-brewed Blue Bottle Coffee with the fresh, clean taste of Clover Organic Whole Milk in a ready-to-drink 10.66 ounce carton. The coffee is infused with chicory and a hint of pure cane sugar for a creamy, refreshing pick-me-up any time of day. Just pour over ice and enjoy!

Blue Bottle’s New Orleans Iced Coffee has long been one of the company’s most popular sellers since first being introduced to customers at the Berkeley farmers market in 2003. “It’s made so many of our guests (and employees) happy for so many years. We’re thrilled to share it with a wider audience,” says James Freeman, President of Blue Bottle Coffee. The launch follows two years of exhaustive research and development between Clover and Blue Bottle.

With just four organic ingredients and no artificial flavors or preservatives, this new beverage is now available in the dairy section of Northern California independent grocers and Whole Foods Markets starting in mid-March. It’s delicious! But don’t take our word for it. Taste for yourself why Clover is over-the-moooooon excited about our new favorite coffee drink. Look for the elegantly designed cartons bearing the Blue Bottle insignia at a store near you!
