Our business is built on community. So we feel it’s critically important (and rewarding!) to support our employees in giving back to their own communities.

Employees Give Back
Every good deed cow-nts.

Volunteering can have a huge impact on a community. That’s why we organize at least four volunteer days per year to help make it easy for employees to give back. In the past, we’ve walked with the American Heart Association to raise awareness about heart disease, partnered with Friends of the Petaluma River and picked up trash, and just last year, worked at the Redwood Empire Food Bank to help provide meals to 8,805 people!

At Clover, we know that our employees are out volunteering on their own time and we want to recognize that! That’s why we created the Power Hours program. Here’s how it works…once an employee reaches 25 approved volunteer hours, Clover will donate a $250 Power Hour grant to an approved organization of the employee’s choosing. It’s a win-win!
