Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager

About the Role:

Clover Sonoma is seeking an experienced Social Media and Influencer Manager. This role will help increase Clover’s brand awareness, build community, and drive consideration and purchase across our portfolio of products. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling in the digital space, is results-oriented, and has worked on a fast-paced, in-house or agency, agency-integrated marketing team.

 In this role, you will implement comprehensive social media and influencer marketing programming through engaging and informative content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate enjoys getting involved at every level and is excited to work for a brand who is a leader in the dairy industry, has deep roots in the local community and a rich story to tell.

This role will be responsible for managing agency partners and requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. This role reports to the Marketing Communications Director.

Salary range: $85,300 – $100,400

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with agency to manage, plan and execute Clover Sonoma’s social media strategy across platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement and traffic including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Aligned with our brand and marketing strategies, oversee the development of engaging, educational and inspiring content and captions including images and videos.
  • Create and maintain content asset library for team use
  • Follow relevant social media trends for nimble opportunities
  • Manage product fulfillment for giveaways, contests and influencer campaigns
  • Oversee influencer relationships and campaigns including detailed briefs outlining campaign goals, key messages, product or recipe integration
  • Provide clear communication and guidelines to influencers regarding campaign objectives, deliverables and manage timeline
  • Work with paid media partners to amplify and cross-promote influencer content across channels for maximum impact
  • Identify and assess potential influencers based on brand fit, audience demographics and engagement metrics 
  • Lead monthly reporting, analyze results and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Manage monthly budget tracking and reporting


What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years experience in social media management and influencer marketing with strong growth results across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and a portfolio of successful campaigns
  • Collaborative partner who knows how to work with cross-functional teams to integrate social media amplification and influencer marketing into broader marketing initiatives
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading and editing skills and ability to adapt to brand voice and key messages across platforms
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with partners and team members
  • Ability to photograph, film and edit high-quality content to be used across social media channels
  • Solid knowledge of social media and influencer marketing trends, tools and analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent Creative thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with platforms like Trello
  • Social photography skills, Figma and Adobe a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, New media, or relevant field preferred
