Eggnog Tiramisu
Get cozy with these chai spiced eggnog cookies! These chai cookies are dusted with cinnamon sugar and drizzled with a sweet eggnog glaze – the perfect winter treat.

In a large bowl, beat Clover Sonoma butter until creamy. Add vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and the contents of one chai tea bag.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix just until combined.

Cover dough and chill at least 1 hour, or overnight for best texture.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Scoop out cookie dough using a small ice cream scoop and roll dough in cinnamon sugar. Place on the baking sheet spacing 2 inches apart.

Bake 9–10 minutes, until edges lightly golden and centers soft. Cool 5 minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Whisk powdered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add Clover Sonoma Eggnog 1 tablespoon at a time until smooth and pourable.
