Clover Sonoma Strawberry Orange Trifles
Salted caramel rice squares will be your new go-to this Fall! Made with Clover Sonoma’s Pasture Raised Butter and Heavy Whipping Cream, these squares are chewy, caramelly, and have the perfect hint of salt!

Over medium heat, add butter and let melt completely.

Combine sugar and heavy whipping cream, stirring until combined.

Once caramel starts to form, bring heat to medium low and let cook for about 5 minutes. The sauce is ready once it coats the back of a spoon.

Fold in marshmallows and continue stirring until everything has melted together.

Mix in puffed rice cereal.

In a greased 9x13 pan, press warm cereal mixture in firmly. Sprinkle flaky salt over the top.

Let cool before slicing. Add an extra drizzle of caramel on top for even more sweetness!
