Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks of Clover Sonoma butter, cold and cubed)
  • 1 bag of chai tea
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups flour

Directions

1

In a large bowl, beat cold butter and spices until well incorporated.

2

Add vanilla and mix well.

3

Gently mix in the powdered sugar until combined.

4

Gradually add the flour, a little at a time, until fully incorporated. The dough will be crumbly but will come together after 3-4 minutes of beating on medium speed.

5

Roll out dough on parchment to 1/2 in thick slab.

6

Let slab chill in fridge for 2 hours.

7

Use cookie stamps or cutters for your desired shape.

8

Bake at 350 for 112-14 minutes. Let cool before serving.
