Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix brown sugar and melted butter in bowl until well incorporated.

Add vanilla and egg and mix thoroughly.

Slowly fold in flour until dough forms.

Press dough evenly into lined or greased 8x8 baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes.

In separate bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until combined.

Add in vanilla and white chocolate. Slowly beat in powdered sugar.
