Cranberry Cream Cheese Bars

Indulge in a crumbly blondie base topped with velvety cream cheese frosting and perfectly tart and sweet cranberries! Made with Clover Sonoma Organic Cream Cheese, these cranberry bars will be the hit of your holiday cookie exchange.

Ingredients

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 4 oz Clover Sonoma Organic Cream Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Clover Sonoma Pasture Raised Organic Slated Butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries, unsweetened

Cranberry Blondie

  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) Clover Sonoma Pasture Raised Organic Salted Butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix brown sugar and melted butter in bowl until well incorporated.

Add vanilla and egg and mix thoroughly.

Slowly fold in flour until dough forms.

Fold in cranberries and chocolate chips.

Press dough evenly into lined or greased 8x8 baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes.

In separate bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until combined.

Add in vanilla and white chocolate. Slowly beat in powdered sugar.

Once bars have completely cooled, evenly layer frosting.

Sprinkle with cranberries and white chocolate drizzle and let chill for at least one hour.
