Greek Yogurt & Fruit Popsicles

Cool down with Clover Sonoma! These Greek Yogurt and fruit popsicles are refreshing and delicious with a boost of protein using our Pasture Raised Organic Greek Yogurt.

Ingredients

Popsicle Base

Fruit Mixtures

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries with 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • Maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

 

Directions

Whisk all yogurt mixture ingredients until blended, set aside.

In a blender mix blueberries and lemon juice with maple syrup, blend until smooth, set aside.

In a separate bowl mix raspberries with fork until pureed.

Use a spoon and start with yogurt mixture to layer in popsicle molds, then add blueberry layer followed by raspberry layer.

Freeze for 6 hours and enjoy!
