Greek Yogurt Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

Cinnamon Rolls

Frosting

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese, at room temp
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk (if needed, for thinning)

 

Directions

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and yogurt until dough forms.

Roll into a ½-inch rectangle on a floured surface.

Spread jam and sprinkle cinnamon on one side.

Roll into log and slice into 9 cinnamon rolls.

Brush the rolls with melted butter before and bake at 350°F for 20 min until golden.

Whip butter, cream cheese + sugar into glaze and drizzle.

Serve warm and enjoy!
