Brown Butter Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats
Take a bite of the perfect Fall sweet treat! Made with Clover Sonoma’s Pasture Raised Organic Unsalted Butter, this harvest caramel corn is sweet, salty, and festive – perfect for any Autumn activity.

Add 12 cups of freshly popped popcorn, salted to taste, to a large mixing bowl.

On the stovetop over medium heat, melt 2 sticks of Clover Sonoma butter.

Mix in brown sugar until fully melted and combined.

Bring butter and sugar to a boil for 5 minutes. Once finished boiling, mix in vanilla.

Let boil on low for 1-2 more minutes.

Remove from heat and quickly mix in baking soda. the caramel will get lighter and fluffier.

Slowly fold caramel over popcorn, a bit at a time until all popcorn is covered.
