Holiday Cornflake and Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies
Kelsey Perucchi’s Sugar Cookies
Bake up a holiday classic! Kelsey Perucchi’s buttery sugar cookies, made with Clover Sonoma Organic Unsalted Butter and Clover Sonoma eggs.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Clover Sonoma Unsalted Butter (4 sticks), room temperature
- 2 Clover Sonoma Eggs
- 2 tbsp vanilla bean extract or vanilla bean paste
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 6 cups all purpose flour

Heat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.

Add butter and granulated sugar to your mixer.

Cream until completely mixed (about 3 minutes).

Add vanilla and eggs. Mix until light and fluffy.

Add baking powder and mix.

Mix in flour 2 cups at a time until incorporated to the dough. Should be firm, not dry.

Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface.

Cut out shapes with cookie cutters.

Bake for 10-12 minutes depending on thickness of cookies. Cookie should be set and starting to slightly brown on the edges.

Let cookies cool completely and frost if desired!
