Protein Packed Avocado Toast

Melissa of The Bonnie Fig’s love for baking started at a very young age. Her grandpa, Lelo as they called him, had the biggest sweet tooth! The way his face lit up when he saw whatever Melissa had made, was priceless! Those are the memories that she holds dear and thinks fondly on whenever she is in the kitchen baking and developing new recipes.



-2 slices of sourdough
-1 whole avocado
-3 slices of Diestel Turkey Ranch Fresh Roasted Turkey Breast
-6 tbsp Clover Sonoma Organic Cottage Cheese
-3 radishes
-a few sprigs of fresh dill
-dash of black ground pepper
-dash of everything blend seasoning



Toast 2 slices of sourdough. Place half of your avocado on each slice. Smash and spread with a fork.


Cut each piece of turkey in half and layer 3 slices on each piece of toast. Next, add about 3 tbsp of Clover Sonoma Organic Cottage Cheese over the turkey slices.


Top with fresh dill, ground pepper a few dashes of the everything blend seasoning. Slice radishes into thin slices and layer over toast.
