Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

‘Tis the season for cozy baked goods! Step into fall with these ooey gooey pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, made with Clover Sonoma Pasture Raised Organic Butter. Perfectly spiced and delicious with a glass of your favorite Clover Sonoma milk!

Ingredients

Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice seasoning
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) Clover Sonoma Pasture Raised Organic Butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 white sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
  • Flaky sea salt to finish

Directions

Preheat oven to 250. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. Mix flour, spices, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In a separate bowl combine butter, sugars, egg yolk and vanilla. Mix until well incorporated.

Slowly add dry mixture one cup at a time until evenly mixed.

Fold in chocolate.

Use a 3 inch scoop to scoop dough onto greased baking tray. Recipe makes 12 jumbo cookies.

Bake cookies for 9-11 minutes. The edges should just start to crisp. Sprinkle flaky salt on top of the warm cookies.

Let cool for 15 minutes.

Serve alongside Clover Sonoma milk and enjoy!
