Clo-lossal Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Pumpkin Pie (Gluten-Free)
A delicious pumpkin pie with a gluten-free crust! Recipe crafted by @mytinylagunakitchen.
Ingredients
- One 15 ounce can organic pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 maple syrup
- 3 eggs (organic Clover eggs)
- Pumpkin spice
- Salt
- Almond flour for crust
- Butter (Clover Sonoma butter)
- Topped with whipped cream using (Clover Sonoma Organic whipping cream)
Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix crust ingredients until dough forms. Press into pie plate and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Add filling ingredients to food processor and process until smooth. Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 50 minutes, or until filling is set.

Cool completely and refrigerate for 2 hours. Enjoy!
