Our delicious, pasture raised organic dairy is sourced from local family farms deeply rooted in California’s agricultural heritage. These farms regeneratively manage over 20,000 acres of land and uphold high animal welfare standards. From farm to fridge, their dedication to excellence every step of the way ensures high quality dairy products while preserving the land for generations to come.
Regenerative farming is a key component of our organic process. With 100% of our organic dairies using regenerative agriculture practices such as no-till farming, rotational grazing, and continuous vegetative cover, we’re ensuring the land, soil, and water are protected for generations to come.
Together, with our local family dairy farms, we’re working to reduce our on-farm methane emissions. Implementing mechanical manure scrapers and separators that extract the liquids from the solids, creates a closed loop system. The liquids are used for fertilizing pastures and the solids are composted and used as soft bedding for the cows, reducing the need to truck in other material like sand.
