Greek Yogurt Cinnamon Rolls
Warm spices, chocolate chips, and a boost of protein from our Pasture Raised Organic Greek Yogurt, these pumpkin muffins are the perfect grand and go breakfast for Fall!

In a large bowl, mash ripened bananas.

Add pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.

Fold in Greek Yogurt. Then add maple syrup or agave.

Combine dry ingredients until well incorporated. Fold into wet mixture.

Add chocolate chips, reserving a few to add to the top of the muffins before baking.

Line a 12 cup muffin pan with muffin liners or non-stick spray and distribute batter evenly.

Top with remaining chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Let cool on wire rack for ten minutes before serving.
