Gluten-Free French Toast with Apple Cinnamon Compote
Easy yet elevated, this Brioche French Toast is the star of the brunch table. Be sure to top with homemade whipped cream, using Clover Sonoma’s Heavy Whipping Cream for extra indulgence!

Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla until combined.

Add 1 tbsp of butter to a pan over medium heat.

While butter is melting, coat both side of a slice of Brioche in the egg mixture.

Repeat until you have enough slices to fill the pan.

Add slices to pan and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until bread is golden and lightly toasted.

Repeat steps with remaining ingredients.

In a large bowl, combine cold heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar. Whip on high until stiff peaks form.

Plate French toast and top with homemade whipped cream! Optional: add berries and maple syrup.
