Clover Sonoma December 15, 2017

Adorne your Christmas tree this year with up-cycled Clo-rnaments! Our milk, egg, and butter packaging makes for the perfect accessory for these darling peek-a-boo window ornaments and is an activity that everyone in the family will enjoy. The best part is, you probably already have all of the materials you need sitting around at home! So, what are you waiting for? It’s time to Craft with Clo!

This Craft with Clo project was brought to you by: Sue, a Clover consumer who sent us these handmade ornaments and said, “I was inspired by your half and half carton to make some Clover Christmas tree ornaments.”Thank you, Sue…your ornaments are now hanging on our Christmas tree in our office!

Materials Needed:

Empty matchbox container

Clover paper packaging

(milk cartons, butter, and eggs packaging will work best)

Cardstock

Construction paper

Glue

Sizzors (or razor)

Ribbon

Instructions:

Step 1: Use the inside portion of a matchbox and cover it with construction paper (colored duct tape could work too!)

Step 2: Cut out your favorite Clover carton scenes and glue to the inside of the matchbox.

Step 3: Use heavy-duty card stock and create a three-dimensional window that will slide over the matchbox.

(Optional): Cut out any other small garnishes (such as the coffee cup below, bows, hoof prints etc.  for added fun!)

Step 4: Cut a small piece of ribbon, create a loop shape, and glue to the inside of the window.

Step 5: Once dried, slide the matchbox into the window.
