Guess what? Clover butter & cream make the “must have” ingredient list in chowder recipes from native New Englander Jeff Reilly at Duck Club Restaurant at the Bodega Bay Lodge, and Samantha & Ryan Ramey from Estero Cafe in Valley Ford. Check out what they have to say about using Clover in their favorite versions of this classic comfort food, and get Jeff’s recipe for Bodega Bay Fog Chowder.
