Ingredients

Overnight Oats: 

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup Clover Sonoma Organic DHA Omega-3 Whole Milk

Coffee Whip Cream:

  • 1 cup Clover Sonoma Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp instant coffee grounds

Directions

Mix oats, salt, brown sugar, and espresso, milk, and yogurt in a bowl until well combined.

Transfer to a jar, refrigerate overnight (or 4 hours).

Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Mix in brown sugar, vanilla, and coffee.

Serve oats topped with the coffee whipped cream.
