Ingredients
Overnight Oats:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 shot of espresso
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 cup Clover Sonoma Organic DHA Omega-3 Whole Milk
Coffee Whip Cream:
- 1 cup Clover Sonoma Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp instant coffee grounds
Directions

Mix oats, salt, brown sugar, and espresso, milk, and yogurt in a bowl until well combined.

Transfer to a jar, refrigerate overnight (or 4 hours).

Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
