Overnight Apple French Toast Casserole
These three ingredient ghost meringues are light, sweet, and just a little spooky. They’re the perfect treat for your Halloween bash, made with Clover Sonoma Pasture Raised Organic Large Brown Eggs.

Add eggs whites and cream of tartar to large bowl. Use electric or stand mixer to beat until frothy.

Slowly incorporate sugar, about 2 tbsp at a time. Continue to mix on high until all sugar is added and stiff peaks form. This will take 5-7 minutes.

Mix in vanilla.

Using a piping bag and wide circular tip, apply gentle pressure to pipe our ghost shaped meringues.

Bake in 200°F oven for 2 hours. Once done baking, turn off oven and allow meringues to set for another 1-2 hours.

Once fully cooled and dried, use icing gel or melted chocolate to add faces to your ghosts.

Store for up to three days.
