Cloconut Custard Pie
Gingerbread Pie with Brown Sugar and Vanilla Whipped Cream

Ingredients
- 1 Prepackaged Pie Shell
- 1/4 cup unsalted sweet cream butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions

Place the pie shell onto a cookie sheet and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Melt Butter in microwave.

Using a large bowl, beat together the eggs and sugar until combined and then add the melted butter and stir until combined.

Beat in the molasses, heavy cream, and lemon juice until combined.

Add in the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Pour the batter into the pie shell and bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until the center is firm.

Remove from oven and increase oven temp to 425 degrees.
