“Clo-coa” Hot Chocolate Bomb
Merry Eggnog Martini Cheer
Toast to the holidays with this festive drink crafted by Elina Saiach, featuring our creamy and delicious Eggnog!
Ingredients
- 2 oz Clover Sonoma Eggnog
- 1.5 oz spiced rum
- 1/2 oz simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
- A pinch of ground cinnamon and nutmeg, for garnish
- A cinnamon stick or star anise, for a festive touch

In a cocktail shaker, add the @CloverSonoma Eggnog, the spiced rum and the syrup. Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less simple syrup. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon and nutmeg to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass and garnish your Merry Eggnog Martini Cheer with a cinnamon stick or star anise for a festive touch. Optionally, add a dollop of whipped cream.
