  • 2/3 cup Clover Sonoma Pasture Raised Cottage Cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced or mashed
  • Fresh squeeze of lime
  • Sprinkle of chili flakes, salt and pepper
  • Micro-greens
  • Optional toppings: chopped cilantro. finely sliced red onion, drizzle of hot honey

Directions

Toast the Bread: Use your favorite bread and toast it until golden and crisp.
