Caramel Eggnog Mocktail
Caramel Eggnog Mocktail using dates to make the caramel! Recipe crafted by @mytinylagunakitchen.
Ingredients
Mocktail:
- 2 cups of Clover Sonoma Organic Eggnog
- Dash of vanilla bean powder, cinnamon and cardamom
- Crushed ice
Homemade date caramel sauce:
- 1 cup of dates
- 2-4 tbsp of organic butter
- 1/2 cup of canned coconut milk
- pinch of sea salt
Toppings:
- Whipped cream
- 2- 4 cinnamon sticks
- Caramel sauce
Directions

Make the date caramel by blending the dates, and mixing with the butter and milk.

Pour the eggnog into glasses, top with whipped cream cinnamon sticks, & date caramel sauce.
