  • 2 Chai tea bags
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup Clover Sonoma Eggnog
  • 1 cup Clover Sonoma Whole Milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Cinnamon or nutmeg to sprinkle on top (optional)
  • Clover Sonoma Sweetened Whipped Light Cream (optional)
  • Cinnamon Stick for garnish (optional)






Steep the Chai tea bags in hot water for 3- 5minutes in each mug.


In a small saucepan over low to medium heat, warm the milk and Eggnog and whisk with a hand frother.


For a touch of sweetness add in the optional maple syrup and froth until fully mixed in. Remove the tea bag and pour in the milk and Eggnog mixture into the two mug.


Top with a swirl of whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
