Strawberry Cream Rice Crispy Bars

Ingredients

  • 20 oz of mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup Organic Lactose Free Strawberry Milk
  • 12 oz crispy cereal
  • 3/4 cup Clover Sonoma Organic Unsalted Butter
  • 2 oz freeze-dried strawberries (1 package)

Directions

  • In a large pot, melt Clover Sonoma unsalted butter.
  • Once melted, add in a splash of Organic Lactose Free Strawberry Milk.
  • Pour the mini marshmallows and coat them in the butter using a rubber spatula.
  • It will melt into a marshmallow cream texture. Turn the heat low and add in 1/2 of the dehydrated strawberries. Ensure to crunch the bag to get them into smaller pieces before using them.
  • Next, add the cereal, coating it in the melted marshmallow and butter mixture. Pour the mixture into a buttered 9×13 pan. Using parchment paper, press the mixture into the pan evenly.
  • Let them sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
  • Serve with a glass of Organic Lactose Free Strawberry Milk.
