Game On! Turkey & Cream Cheese Roll Ups

Get Game Day ready in a snap with this quick and healthy Clo-licious recipe for Turkey & Cream Cheese Roll Ups.

Together, we’ve elevated your Super Bowl snacking with these easy-to-make roll ups using Diestel “thoughtfully raised” turkey deli-sliced meats and rich, creamy Clover Cream Cheese Spread, paired with baby arugula & pickled cabbage.

Pro-tip: Serve these roll ups whole or sliced into individual bites skewered with toothpicks, and watch them disappear!

Prep time: 30 minutes prep time

Dietary Restrictions: Gluten Free



  • (2) packages each Diestel Organic Honey Roasted Turkey Breast deli slices, Organic-Sugar Free Oven Roasted Turkey Breast deli slices, and Pastrami Seasoned Turkey Breast deli slices.
  • (2) 8 oz. containers Clover Sonoma Cream Cheese Spread (at room temperature)
  • fresh baby arugula
  • jar of pickled red cabbage
  • optional: sriracha sauce
  • red leaf lettuce for garnish

*note: you can substitute other veggies of choice as you like; julienned bell pepper, a thin slice of jalapeรฑo pepper, spinach, and tomato jam are all yummy options.




Gently dab excess moisture off each Diestel turkey slice with a paper towel, and place on a flat work surface.


Smear each slice with a layer of Clover Cream Cheese Spread, leaving room around the edges.


Add a teaspoon of pickled cabbage, and spread the length of the deli slice, OR a few leaves of fresh arugula, OR both as you prefer.


Optional: add a few drops of sriracha sauce if you like some heat.


Roll each turkey slice snuggly around the filling, and secure with a tooth pick. Alternately, you can slice each roll up "pinwheel style" for individual small bites, and secure with a toothpick.


Arrange on a serving dish lined with red leaf lettuce. Serve immediately.
