Grilled Citrus-Basil Pork Chops with Lemon, Garlic & Clover Butter
Fire up the BBQ! These succulent, juicy pork chops are definitely a cut above the rest. We started with local pastured-raised pork from fourth generation family owned Stemple Creek Ranch in Tomales, California. Then we marinated them in our rich, flavorful Garlic & Clover Butter mixed with fresh summer basil. A little salt & pepper as they hit the grill is all you need for a mouthwatering meal you’ll make again and again.
Ingredients
- (4) boneless Stemple Creek Ranch pastured pork loin chops
- (1) stick unsalted Clover Butter
- 1 tbsp cup fresh basil leaves, minced
- 1 medium lemon zest and juice
- 1 tbsp Dill
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves
- Sea salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions
1
Follow recipe to make fresh lemon herb, garlic butter (5 mins)
