Mrs. G’s Granola

Sometimes we forget how easy granola is to make. This delicious homemade granola is a fan favorite and can be added to a bowl of Clover milk or Clover yogurt, you choose! It makes enough for a weeks worth of breakfast for the family.

8 cups General Mills Rolled Oats

1 cup brown sugar

2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground cardamom

1/4 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Honey

2/3 cup Clover Butter

Optional: Dried fruit

Optional: Any type of nut

  • 1Set oven to 300 degrees
  • 2Melt 2/3 cup of Clover Butter and 1/2 cup of local Honey while the oven is heating up
  • 3Combine rolled oats, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ground cardamom and sugar in large mixing bowl
  • 4Stir in Clover Butter and Honey with dried ingredients, making sure to stir well
  • 5Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with oil
  • 6Add ingredients to the baking sheet
  • 7Cook for 25 minutes or until oats are lightly browned
  • 8Let sit for 10 minutes and then transfer to an airtight container
  • 9Enjoy with Clover Milk or Clover Yogurt!
