Mrs. G’s Granola

Sometimes we forget how easy granola is to make. This delicious homemade granola is a fan favorite and can be added to a bowl of Clover milk or Clover yogurt, you choose! It makes enough for a weeks worth of breakfast for the family.

Ingredients

8 cups General Mills Rolled Oats

1 cup brown sugar

2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground cardamom

1/4 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Honey

2/3 cup Clover Butter

Optional: Dried fruit

Optional: Any type of nut

Directions

Set oven to 300 degrees

Melt 2/3 cup of Clover Butter and 1/2 cup of local Honey while the oven is heating up

Combine rolled oats, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ground cardamom and sugar in large mixing bowl

Stir in Clover Butter and Honey with dried ingredients, making sure to stir well

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with oil

Add ingredients to the baking sheet

Cook for 25 minutes or until oats are lightly browned

Let sit for 10 minutes and then transfer to an airtight container
